From the looks of it, his decline is accelerating, helping to make triggering the 25th amendment ever more likely. I think the chance of it happening is going to remain unlikely until an inflection point not too far in the future and then they'll just pull the trigger. Perhaps he'll be suddenly hospitalised with it, which would trigger it for sure. We can only wait and see.

I guess for a true Republican, you will not change your allegiance, same as I will not change my allegiance to the party I have always supported, because I believe in its ideology. (I am in England).

Yes, easily. I think to get worse you need to go to Putin or Nigel Farage.
If Farage were president, he'd be far more dangerous than Trump as he's just as evil, but is much younger and sharp as a tack, ie seriously savvy, so could do a lot more damage. It makes me shudder to think he might end up as the UK prime minister in a few years. A friend of mine said he'd leave the country if that happened.
