All right....watching Part 1. Were those ants or spiders carrying the leaves across the log or both?? Such detail!!

They're worker ants, Tiffs. They can carry several times their own weight, too.

@TheURL I wonder, 1st video, @5:27: After the leaf cutter ants, those fast-runners....are they spiders? They don't move like ants, more like spiders on the run....never seen it before. Lovely nature shots.

Yes they are ants - it looks like I speeded up the clip but it's actually normal speed
