They're worker ants, Tiffs. They can carry several times their own weight, too.

@TheURL I wonder, 1st video, @5:27: After the leaf cutter ants, those fast-runners....are they spiders? They don't move like ants, more like spiders on the run....never seen it before. Lovely nature shots.

Yes they are ants - it looks like I speeded up the clip but it's actually normal speed :)
