Do you have any numbers on how often that *actually* happens? And, by contrast, how many go unreported precisely because they're afraid of not being believed? And, for that matter, how many get reported but never get anywhere? Don't smear the majority because of the acts of the minority.

We have 4 laptops from this manufacturer, this is the third one purchased out of that four, and the other three have basically been tanks. Willing to bet this is just unfortunate.
