Computer: hours per day?

Oh, that's a good question.
While I'm not actually using it 100% of the time, I have it available every waking moment, for sure. If it's at home, the PC and iPhone are within immediate reach and if out, the iPhone.
Some people like to go on holidays "away from it all", from all technology for a while, not even their smartphone. That's anathama to me. I love the internet and want it to be accessible every waking moment as it's such an incredible resource, plus I do want to know if someone's messaged me, or some important news breaks out etc. Oh and nowadays to also have NerdZone accessible, of course.
As the owner, it's more than just an interest, in case I need to do something on it whether it's to fix a system issue, deal with a member etc.
