Steve Burke isn't kidding when he says that YouTube is broken. Just look at how the system is rigged against legitimate YouTubers with copyright claims and strikes, requiring high priced lawyers to fight back that most don't have, against copyright holders' bogus claims. Just three bogus copyright strikes is enough to kill a channel and prevent the user from creating another one. Perhaps they could get round this with another Google account, but that's not the point.
