How to get around Windows 11's forced online account requirement

With previous versions of Windows 11, it was possible to get around the requirement of an online account during setup, but that could be bypassed by bringing up the command prompt and entering a command or two. Now, Microsoft has helpfully blocked this method, so YouTuber Chris Titus Tech has unhelpfully developed a workaround against this restriction, thus allowing setup with a local account again. He chose to name it Microsoft Sucks. Can't think why.
