This guy eats the hottest chilli in the world and hilariously regrets it. This turned out a lot funnier than I expected. Well worth a watch.

Omg the funny part was the excessive consumption of milk one after another ๐Ÿคญ I think the way the fast forwards are done make it seem funnier though, tbf. faux pas, hmm?

Why am I not surprised?!?

Iโ€™ve accidentally had a super hot chilli before and felt like I was dying in the moment! The hottest chilli in the world? Oh, I canโ€™t imagine that! And the fact that it gets world as time goes on is CRAAAZY, to say the least!

Went to an Indian restaurant a few years ago with a couple of friends. One of them ordered a vindaloo and I asked him if he was sure of this as it was an especially hot one, even for a vindaloo. He want cherry red after a couple of minutes and needed an emergency glass of milk! :ROFLMAO: Unsurprisingly, he never finished his plate.

I don't like hot food, so had something mild and enjoyed it thoroughly.

You know, in the case of asthmatics especially, that could happen, as the extreme burn interferes with breathing. Looks like this plonker was on his own too, so there wouldn't have been a video if it had killed him or put him in hospital.

Such a stupid thing to do, I couldn't believe it when he popped the whole thing into his mouth at once. I think it was cut in half though. Did you notice that he had gloves on his hands? That's how potent it is.

Oh wow, would it have burnt your fingers if you held it without gloves?

yeah, he certainly was not asthmatic....tell you the truth, I almost felt a bit sorry for the guy, I mean, what would people do for 5 minutes of 'fame' on YouTube.
Still he knew what he was doing, so he got what he bargained for; also, it looks- from the milk-bottle's green top- that it was skimmed milk; whole milk would have probably been better, but only slightly, as it is not really the fat but the milk protein that binds and neutralizes the capsaicin.
One thing is for sure: he ain't gonna repeat this stunt any time soon.

If you have to wear a glove to eat a pepper, then maybe you shouldn't eat it because it's going to burn the "fill in the blank" out of your entire esophagus and totally tear up your stomach. Again, that would totally kill me. He gets the stupid award of the year in this stunt category.

Stoopid is as stoopid does, that was facepalmingly funny, hence ended up here. ๐Ÿ˜† I went "no! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ" when he popped the whole in his mouth at once (and watched it again). I thought his head would explode. It was funny that the milk only helped for "3 minutes". Had that coming, lol.

Good point about what people do for 5 minutes of fame. There's far more dangerous stunts that people do, too. For example, some climb up 100 metre radio towers, no safeties and then hang off it to video themselves against it, selfie style. Similar with going up a canyon and standing on a precipice. Utterly idiotic. How they don't get vertigo from this I don't know.

Yeah, duh for the glove point. Did you know that this chemical burn evolved in plants as an irritant to defend against stop predators eating them? Yup, yet people think it adds "zing" to their dishes. No, it's horrible, stop it!

For the stoopid award, I'd give him the biggest wooden spoon ever for this one. But it was hilarious, I gotta admit. :p
