I believe it. Everybody has their way of venting or relieving stress. For some it's cursing. I find it to be very effective. LOL.

Yes indeed, it can't be sugar, or some other sappy word, it's gotta be sh*t. Same for the f-word. These are the two I mainly use, with the c-word mostly reserved for people that I really despise such as Nigel Farage, or Putin.
