NerdZone runs on XenForo forum software, so all the features, limitations and potential issues come from it. There's an important XenForo behaviour that members should know about regarding tagging other members to avoid falling foul of it: when email alerts are not sent. Polls are often a fun way to spice up a forum thread and stimulate conversation. They're often of the binary Yes / No variety, so it's tempting to just offer those two options.
