Alienware Area 51 M15x R1 GPU fail, or 'The nightmare before Christmas'.

I found this locally earlier in the year, and seeing as how it had what looked like 'light' graphics card problems I figured I'd try and fix it. This laptop has a trick (well lots actually) up it's sleeve you see - YOU CAN REPLACE THE GRAPHICS CARD.. I know! Right?? Well apparently it isn't as easy as that - or maybe i'm just unlucky!
