Beyond that woman knowing all of those dogs names, omg, I'm also amazed how well behaved every single dog was on that bus, taking in also some of those breeds are very dominate by their breed alone, like the German Shepard. They were like kids on the bus waiting for their juice box. 
The dogs could not crowd the woman, because they were all strapped into their seats. Even the large ones were secured in place by their longer leash.
Besides, dogs are trainable, this is obviously a ritual they go thru, they cannot jump off their seats, so they wait.
Nice one, they surely deserve their treat.
I guess she remembers their names the same way a teacher remembers the names of all her pupils. It was nice to watch.
