Oh, I didn't know that, big shame if it's really AI, which seems likely now. So, no wonder the kitten was so unfazed. Would also explain why the adult cat ran out like that and just stood there with that funny expression on its face. Also, the odd artifacting on the adult cat's body I took to be poor video quality, but it now seems like it's AI artifacting. What a shame, as dogs really can be cowed like that if they're dumb enough.

The channel doesn't say anything about AI videos, so perhaps they were fooled? Dunno.

Yeah, recently Sora 2 came out, with functions considerably better than the first Sora, and as a result YouTube is flooding with short clips like these, usually 10 seconds long. I've seen some wild stuff...

I'm thinking of creating an AI section within happy animals for this. It's one thing to make a cute or funny AI video, quite another to pass it off as real. If I create it, I'll move all the AI or suspected AI happy animals videos into it.

Should I create it, waddya think?

There's going to be so much of that stuff now, so an own section is not a bad idea. Good that you also add suspected AI to it. Like, when there's a cat driving a car in a high speed police chase then yeah it's pretty obvious but clips like the one you've posted here that come off as a realistic scenario, that's where it's nice to keep it separated from the real kitties and doggies!

Ok, I just tried creating that AI subforum, but I don't think it quite works, so I've removed it again. The problem is It's hidden away given how the forum treats sub forums below a certain level and hence isn't intuitive. I think using tags is a better idea, so I'll implement them later. And the thing is, that big, agressive dogs really have been owned by a tiny cat before, no AI required! They have no clue of their own strength and hence are a little bit afraid of a cat with sass. I love seeing that, it's just so funny.
