Politics, differences of opinions or is it just humanity changing.
We blame politics for divisions but is there more to this?
I recently posted a question on X relating to Gulf of Mexico changing to Gulf of America. Merely asked who is the authority for location naming.
Got a lot of sensible answers but as the thread expanded the difference between languages was mentioned, sarcasm of English was evident, a few insults then emerged. Use of grammar was criticised, the incorrect use of plural relative to singular was highlighted.
The sarcasm and insults were nothing to do with politics, nothing to do with left or right so maybe it is not politics that is causing division but just humanity going through this stage.
