I've had a brief try (so far) with ChatGPT and was impressed with its ability to almost instantly create some python code.

Here is a video of Google's Bard - not tried it yet but will do so at some point. Video 10 minutes long.

I do wonder though, how will you be able to judge a person's ability without actually meeting and talking to them, would someone know the difference between an answer showing a million or 100,000 - it is only a zero difference.
