Yup, I knew the cards weren't right. Amazon doesn't get off scott free either, however, because it's stressing them unnecessarily. It's the equivalent of putting the accelerator pedal to the floor in your car all the time and then slamming on the brakes all the time as well. Yeah, it should work properly, but the car will wear out much quicker. And you'll likely crash it, too...

At the price those cards are (even before the Ebay rip-off pricing from some people wanting to make extra pennies) you'd expect them to manage to play one over-demanding game without falling to bits....

Yes, quite. Looks like quality control took a back seat with some of them.

At least EVGA are giving their renowned good customer service to fix the problem for affected customers.
