New products are normally improved versions of the old one, right? Not so with Microsoft Outlook. It's had so many features removed that it's actually less capable than webmail! Why the hell Microsoft did this is a mystery to me. I wonder if they're gonna ruin the rest of the Office suite now, too?

Well, that's very disappointing about Outlook as I use it with the paid version. I can tell you that they have been making changes as I recently found out that they are eliminating Publisher. This has recently caused me some grief with missing documents and I'll have to reach out to customer service now. Not sure I have any confidence they can help.
