Fun fact: if one set of identical twin brothers has children with one set of identical twin sisters, their children will, of course, be cousins legally and socially, but genetically, they will be as similar as full siblings.

Almost reality. I used to know a family that had twin girls. When the girls became late teens a guy got one pregnant but ended up marrying the other one. As @Hitcore suggested, the cousins are effectively siblings too.
