Gutting for all of us sci-fi fans who were hoping that the biggest invention ever will one day be invented, but it doesn't look like it will be possible due to various insurmountable obstacles. Mind you, that conclusion comes from the knowledge and technology that we have today, so one day, we may discover new physics, or find loopholes in current laws that allow such a drive to be made, but it ain't gonna be anytime soon. Of course, assuming that the human race isn't dragged back to the stone age by wars and climate change first.

Warp drives, lol. The Trekkie in me would love that, but I'm sceptical. Let's first try to get back to the moon again, because apparently that technology is "lost", even though NASA computers in the 60s had less computing power than a refrigerator today.

So much future technology to accomplish. Warp speed would be cool, but unless, the aliens :alien:from the outer Sagittarius Sector arm of sector 4 would beam down to earth and show the human bag of waters how it works, I don't see it happening.:geek:
