I was always a bit suspicious that big tech reviewers who have reviews ready on launch day aren't really being honest about the product, although I do see them being critical, too.
Watch Jeff Moreland of Jeff_Tek explain exactly how they're bought and paid for by the big tech companies like Apple, Samsung and Intel. Consider their "reviews" as nothing more than an entertaining advertorial. Check out the reviews from smaller channels a couple of weeks later which are more honest. Unfortunately, such channels tend not to do well and disappear, so good luck.
Note that Gamers Nexus isn't mentioned in this video and I do believe them to be the exception. I've watched many of their videos and their methodology and integrity is unmatched.
