Direct messages now have post numbers

XenForo has always had post numbers in the forum, but for some reason not in DMs which I find inconvenient, so I asked add-on developer @AndyB if he had such an add-on. He didn't, so wrote one especially for me today! What a legend, thankyou.

If anyone runs XF and wants these post numbers, then for $35 / year, you get access to over 500 of his high quality add-ons - the value for money is unmatched. Also, his customer support is superb, hence why he has an admin account here.

I find the post numbers in the DMs quite handy, especially when the number goes into the hundreds.
