Me? I’m all about tech - that’s why I chose it

Is DATA really the initials of your name? What a coincidenceWell, since you asked in the other thread, and made this one lol, you could say my parents chose it. My initials. It works for me since I'm all about computers and such.
Oh wow epic!!!Hitcore is an hommage to Hithouse, who was a pioneer in the acidhouse genre in the 80s. I always felt connected to it, even as a kid. More about that in this thread:

Hello and welcome to my music corner. Thank you Retro for creating this space, it allows me to separate my own videos while sharing the music videos of artists I like. And I think it would be most appropriate to start the first thread with the artist that has inspired me to do what I do lately...nerdzone.uk
I didn’t notice thatThanks! This avatar is only for June, though. It's pride month, and within the smiley is a pride flag. I identify as Dutch. My pronouns are hij/hem. Please use them accordingly!
On the first of July I will revert to my normal, yellow 80s smiley.
I suppose the funny part in such jokes and some dad jokes are that aha moment you realise you missed the obviousThe Dutch pride flag thing is just my sense of humor. It's kind of a meme where I'm from.
I'm considering starting a thread in the funnies section some day, where I will be showing and explaining Dutch memes. Because you can translate a meme, but without context it doesn't really make a lot of sense to the anglophone, I suppose.![]()
You're very welcome, it's much appreciated. That is one of the nicest compliments a person can give me, I take pride in maintaining high levels of proficiency, regardless of what language I speak. Thank you, @Retro .![]()
Oh, I love hearing English spoken with funny accents! I love how the Germans are parodied as saying "you Englishes". Really cracks me up.We do have horrible accents, though.
