For Cadbury's Creme Egg lovers who love to eat a whole box of five (they come in eights too) in one go, look away now as the truth definitely will hurt!

For those who have never tried one, they're perfect for sweet tooth lovers everywhere: they're excessively sweet and super chocolatey with a gooey, fondant centre. Absolutely delicious! Now find out why you shouldn't eat them, missing out on such pleasure.

A single Creme Egg is 40g and contains 26g of sugar. That's 65% of the whole egg is pure sugar! In case you're not sure how much that is, it's almost the whole daily adult allowance and blows away a child's. You have been warned - and your enjoyment ruined. :)

I've eaten three in one go a very, very long time ago and thoroughly enjoyed them. Then, a while later, my body rebelled and I never did it again. If you had all five and weren't diabetic before, you will be afterwards! :ROFLMAO: If you had eight, then you have a deathwish my friend - but might be worth it?

To help you wallow in your sorrow at missing out a bit more, I've turned both of those pictures into jigsaw puzzles:

Here's the health article that ruined it all. Boohoo!
