I've watched this several times over now and it gets me right there every time. I especially love the bit right at the end where he lifts one front leg in his state of bliss and then falls over. His owner found that hysterically funny.

I cannot tell whether kitty keeled over with bliss or had one of his turns, sweet thing.
I also could not tell whether his 'mum' found it funny, or was rubbing her eyes with tears, they clipped it just at that moment, how annoying! so you couldn't really see what the cat was doing.

I'm pretty sure he just lost his balance and she found it funny. Look at how she's laughing at his other antics beforehand.
