Please give a clear, but concise explanation of the problem, perhaps with a screenshot or two for clarification. We also want to know if this is happening on PC / iPhone / Android / Other (specify) and which browser you're seeing the problem with.
Please do a bit of basic troubleshooting and research (Google it) before reporting it to eliminate external factors like clearing browser cookies, trying another browser or computer, checking that your internet connection works properly, VPN issues etc.
