I've never seen two cats this close with the constant rubbing and headbutting - and they're two ex feral brothers called Doom and Gloom! This is the complete heart melt, check it out.

They survived, probably by always sticking together. Likely using each other's body heat during cold times, possibly from a young age. This makes them inseparable, to this day and till the end. Thank you for sharing this video, Retro. It's heartwarming to see these two brother-cats indeed. 😻😻

omg, never seen anything like this. Talking about LOVE, sweet things.
So good to know they are now safe in a home.
'Doom and Gloom'? Never. I couldn't possibly give them such names, they are little sunshines, so relying on each other, so happy and content in each other's company.
I only hope their new parents never ever let them out.

I can see the funny side of giving them those funny, rhyiming names, but I wouldn't call them that, either.

I only hope their new parents never ever let them out.
Exactly. All cats should be indoors for their safety and that of the local wildlife.

I agree, but since cats do like to be outside I came up with the best of both worlds. During the cold winters all my cats remain indoors, in the house. But in the summer when it's nice and sunny they have their own place, a huge space that is, both indoors and outdoors.

I've built them this quite lengthy playing pen, where they can run around.

Different angle. You'll see that the outdoorsy part connects to a greenhouse.

The greenhouse doubles as a chill out place, as well as the connection point from going out to going in. And when the kitties go inside, they have access to....

...an entire kitty cat cafe! 😺

stocked with all kinds of yummy cat food

...and all other supplies they need.

But yeah, the main goal of this is to give them the opportunity to be outside if they want to, while still keeping them safe from external threats. Especially traffic, as I live alongside a main road. I see way too many dead animals (cats, dogs, even a raccoon once) on the side of the roads in the area to leave my cats out unguarded. And this construction keeps the birdies safe too.

These things are usually called catios, but you've gone orders of magnitude above that with its size. It looks amazing! Your cats must love it.

Thank you. They do. Here's a little bonus video of the kitties having some fresh air. I talk to them in Dutch, because... well... they're cats, they don't care. Just speaking my most natural language to them. Basically I'm commenting here on how they're feasting on a mouse while I was just about to give them cat food, lol. But ya gotta love how happy they are there. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Oh, poor mousey, all it had to do was avoid the catio and it would have been safe. Not with three cuddly terrors though!
