I think this building in New York, with its square cross section, big picture windows and slim and tall design has a very clean look, looks really impressive and kinda reminds me of a ruler. However, just beneath the surface it's a total nightmare as it's got so many problems, a whopping 75% of them safety critical, and in my opinion should be torn down and every resident refunded, along with significant compensation.

btw, each condo goes for £20-80 million, so for filthy rich people only. While the problems with this building are severe, don't feel too sorry for the residents who bought condos there since they can always go live in luxury in one of their many other properties, unlike the general population where a bad home remains an enduring nightmare that never ends as they're stuck there. These are the people that I feel for.
Also, this building has been around for about a decade now and the severe issues well known, so if they buy a condo there, they're fools as those should now be unsellable and the potential buyer should have done their research first. Not hard to do when you're a millionnaire or billionnaire.
