I converted your temps...very cold, especially looking at your -10C (14F). Strong winds too, just converted the m/s to mph. Steady cold winds at 14 m/s is pretty cold. Be careful on your scooter @Hitcore.

Wanna trade?
The roads here are getting icy again. Nearly slipped as there was a truck behind me.
I'm crazy about mopeds and scooters
but two wheeled transport and snow don't really mix too well. 
And this is nothing yet. Just a taste of what's coming.
A snowstorm is on its way, it should come down somewhere tomorrow afternoon. I will not take the moped, else I'll get stranded with it when I go home from work. Looks like I'm gonna have some long ass walks again.
I actually couldn't leave my house this past Monday to go to an appointment because our driveway was still solid thick ice and when I pulled my car out, it got stuck. This is when I learned my suv didn't have front wheel drive. 
It was a 2 hour experience with my dd also trying to get the ice to thaw enough (using ice melt, shovels and anything else lol) and it took my experienced dh to take care of it when he got home with using a water hose for an hour. We also learned cardboard under the tires doesn't work. It spit the cardboard right out lol. Sheesh!!
@Hitcore your snow and ice looks dangerous on your scooter. I don't know how you do it. Stay safe!

Just finished my 4 mile walk. I'll be doing this again for at least a week, maybe two.
That sucks! I have my issues with my moped and now having to walk instead, but a car also isn't always suitable for snowy/icy weather.
Yeah, I'm glad I decided to just trust on my own legs. The weather here I would best describe as treacherous. Because at first glance it doesn't look bad. The amount of snow isn't crazy yet, and temperature wise it isn't too bad either. But a thin layer of ice makes the roads treacherously slippery. Even walking on it is kinda tricky. Adding to it is a strong cold wind from the east, blasting tiny particles of snow in the face, which affects visibility. Not kidding, a pair of glasses with windshield wipers would be awesome right now.
Physically I do feel that I have had a good workout.
Lots of ice and wind makes for a dangerous mix of driving trouble on the road. I'm glad you are able to walk, but I know it takes true grit to get to your destination in sheer cold, wind and icy precipitation.
There's nothing like the feeling of being able to persevere in challenging conditions, while staying strong and getting more fit. There's satisfaction in a good work out too. Your glasses idea just might work. I wonder if they exist yet?

I take issue with his comments on summer heat: I can DEFINITELY feel the difference between 110 and 115. 110 is downright hot and 115 is just miserable. One Sunday we had to drive home from church with the windows rolled down because the air went out. It was 117 that day!! Our water bottles saved us from heat stroke.

I do agree, there's a difference between 110F to 115F. I've felt 120F in Las Vegas many, many years ago and it was even super miserable in the shade.

While I said this a while ago because temperatures of 27°C/80°F would be very comfortable, I would NOT want to trade with 44°C/115°F!
I may live in an icy frozen country with long cold winters (it's -7°C/19°F here today, again) but in the end I'd rather live here than in Satan's armpit. I would get nothing done when it is 35°C+/90°F+ all the time.
Lots of bad weather incoming. I've noticed it getting progressively colder today.
