The Windows 11 user interface is such a downgrade to that of Windows 10 that it makes me want to get this crap OS off my computer. Unfortunately, it's the current Windows version, with Windows 10 slowly fading away, plus being the mainstream OS, is impossible to avoid (no Linux isn't a solution, alas). So, we have to make the best of it.
This video shows you how to adjust many UI settings back to sensible ones just from the standard options available in Settings and also demos StartAllBack to give many more options. While it's a nice app, Start11 seems to be more fully featured to me however and also offers a whole suite of programs, for a higher price, too. Hence, I'll link to both below for you to make up your own mind.
