I think it was speeded up? talking about stuffing their faces, dogs do, a lot more then cats, at least in my experience. On the other hand, I suppose if you went and fed a pack of hungry feral cats, the food will probab;y disappear just as fast as the peas in the video, AND it won't be speeded up either!
