It's funny how most of the fails are sexual innuendo, isn't it? Almost like someone was playing a little trick on the organisation they designed them for. And yeah, how was it not realised before going live with them?
While it's funny for us, it can't have been funny for the organisation who's reputation they trashed.
I dunno, I find myself with less sympathy than normal - companies that are large enough to spend that sort of cash on marketing usually pass the designs through enough pairs of eyes that if it isn't flagged before it gets signed off, that's kind of on them.
Like the OGC, I have zero sympathy for them. Couldn't happen to a nicer organisation.
