You can now create thread polls everywhere

The XenForo forum software supports polling on threads, but this was previously only possible in some forums. I've now expanded this so that you can create polls in every forum which supports polling, ie some types of forum like articles or questions don't support polling. This will give you greater freedom to start the conversation that works best for you.
