It is precisely this light-reflecting effect in cats' eyes that gave them the unfortunate reputation as witches pets...Here Gizmo shows off, as usual. Bright eyes, shiny coat, and that lovely heart shaped black nose. What a handsome lad.

Looks more like a mild torment by the guy with the squeegee, as he keeps lifting it up and holding it there every time the cat gets to it. You can even hear it make a frustrated sound at one point. Not really a nice video.

Can't really tell. The guy may leave the squeegee on top of the window pane just in order to let water drip on the glass, and aid cleaning. It didn't really look cruel to me; the cat's noises could be frustration, perhaps, but we can't tell. It seems that as soon as his job was done, the cleaner has left, not as if he stayed there to torment kitty. So, as I said, we can't be sure.
