I don't know if you Britishes are aware of this, but internationally there's this meme on Britain that goes like "oi, do you have a loicense for that [insert silly harmless thing]?", due to the many news articles about people getting fined or even jailed over things that are just unimaginable to the rest of the world. It all started with a buttahknoife... 
Oh damn, they don't even explain why, but it's clearly due to the Online Safety Act. Such a pita, that legislation how it's closing off ever greater parts of the web in a kneejerk reaction for online safety.

I'm just surprised that they took Imgur. It's a very vanilla community, and arguably a bit left leaning. The last thing you'll see there is politically incorrect content. When I look at the front page now I see:

Those are some really great examples, Hitcore. The idea behind OSA is that there is the potential for really bad stuff on there, especially in private messages, assuming imgur even supports them, I've never used it.
And yet, it's all so ineffective at acually stopping the bad guys. Imagine the following scenario:
Someone sets up a forum which requires a login to see anything at all, very easy to do with this software, for example. Now, don't associate a domain with the IP address so that fellow perpetrators just enter the IP address instead and log in. How is Big Brother gonna catch that? Short answer is they won't unless a member rats it out and that's highly unlikely as they'll be nailed too.
So, the website isn't publicly accessible, but that hardly matters, as most of this illegal stuff is spread by word of mouth anyway.
This is only one way that I can think of off the top of my head. See how easy it is? And I assure you that unstoppable sites like that exist and more, especially on the dark web.

I like to imagine that the Google Streetview car was driving around the roads as usual, and then the driver saw that extraordinary scene going on, went like wtf, and proceeded to take the car to the pavement because that HAD to be recorded!
I do wonder now what would happen if you Britishes use VPN in order to get your daily modern day Renaissance painting scene Streetview fix. If detected, would old Bill knock on your door and ask for your VPN loicense? Honest question.
