yes... it was a while ago.... but it shows the game play that the MAGA sycophants fall into.
Sadly (as a middle of the road GOP voter) I realize that in the mid-terms it's going to screw my GOP party over due to the sycophants and their cult follower behaviors.

I think you need to accept the US had four years of Biden and decided in November 2024 they did not want a further four years. Trump won the Presidency, Senate, The House and the popular vote so those that dislike Trump will have to do what those that disliked Biden did and put up with it. Maybe at the midterms Democrats can do something but for two years it is what it is.

Of course, people like Harkeem Jeffries, with his 'Fight in the Streets' comment could instigate a third attempt at Trump's life, but that is politics nowadays.

As I said, Presidency, Senate, House, Popular vote. Even Facebook and Amazon are cozying up to Trump now. RFK has sided with Trump, as has Tulsi Gabbard but maybe you know more than them, time will tell.

Yeah, that "massive" mandate... what was it, less than 50% of the popular vote? Congress barely held on by the skin of their teeth and the Senate is as close as it was when Biden was in office.... of course, the Democrats never claimed a "massive mandate".

Massive usually indicates on the top side of the 50% margin and not the lower side, but Trump and his sycophants live in an alternative reality.

And sorry, RFK Jr. and Tulsi are opportunists. And RFK Jr. is going to do plenty of damage to Trumps administration once he gets spun up. Musk and DOGE are already doing a good job of it right now.
It's already starting to happen with Trump's downward trend of popularity, something that has to really hurt his ego as he's tanking quicker than many other past Presidents earlier..
And now his poll numbers, even amongst his faithful followers are dropping?

Rather amusing.... Elon's AI Grok claims most of 22% of his posts on X are false, 30% or misleading or ill-informed and 48% are true.
And the majority of the truthful ones are dealing with Tesla, SpaceX and such.

I wonder if anyone has put Trumps Truth Social posts through an AI in a similar manner.

For you Trump/MAGA sycophants... I'll leave this if you have the intestinal fortitude to watch and reply to it (which I know you won't).

I do not.
Sadly many of Trump/MAGA cult members have issues with being faced with proof of his lies and actions.
Ironically, it seems that GOP voters are now starting to confront those MAGA sycophants that they elected into office now that they are realizing they bought into a cult.

@Geffers @live627 as staunch Trump supporters, check out @Astro What's video in the post immediately above and let's have your responses.
@Astro What is correct, I couldn't bear 45 minutes of that woman. Many Democrats still dream of Trump behind bars, they tried but have failed spectacularly. As I mentioned, people were given the choice of 4 more years of Bidenomics or, unique in US politics, the previous President and they chose Trump. The media didn't give him a chance, same as 2016, but again they were wrong.

Whether Trump will go for legal vengeance on the Dems or attempt reconciliation I don't know, maybe a bit of both but with the appointment of Kash Patel there are many who are now worried.

Anything involving Rachael Maddow is as hard "no" for me.
And therein lay the weakness of the MAGA sycophants. They can only deal with "news" from their limited echo chamber instead of being an adult and taking it in from all sources available and then weighing it out. You don't have to agree or disagree with someones position to take in the information they are relaying and then making an evaluation on it. Just saying "naw, don't like him/her and not going to watch them because of my personal bias" says plenty.
It seems that slowly but surely the pendulum is swinging the opposite direction thanks to Trump actions now. The heat is being turned up on the GOP.

What you have here is a corrupt billionnaire who basically bought his way out of trouble to successfully avoid having to face justice for his crimes and is a travesty. Unfortunately, it's very hard to take down people like that due to their wealth and connections and you know that this is the real reason, too. In particular, it beggars belief how you can see what he did with Jan 6 and yet be in total denial about it.

It doesn't surprise me that you refuse to watch that video and be informed of the truth.

And just look at how he's throwing Ukraine under the bus now and cozying up to Putin. How the hell can you not see this? What kind of state of denial are you in? Unbelievable.

Here's a nice potted summary of what he's doing, complete with the article links for the evidence of these things. How does that not raise alarm bells with you?

Just this week, Trump called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a “dictator,” falsely claimed that Ukraine started the war, said that Russia has the upper hand in peace talks, falsely said that Zelenskyy has a 4 percent approval rating, echoed Kremlin arguments that Ukraine should be forced to hold elections before any agreement and began negotiating peace talks with Russia without any Ukrainians at the table.

What a dirtbag, Musk always treating people like expendable commodities. I so despise him.

What an impossible dilemma to put people in front of to keep their jobs.

@Geffers @live627 this is another example of the crap that voting for Trump has ushered in. You happy about that? Let's see what excuses you come back with.

Hundreds of thousands of federal workers have been given little more than 48 hours to explain what they accomplished over the past week, sparking confusion across key agencies as the tech billionaire Elon Musk expands his crusade to slash the size of government.

Musk, who serves as President Donald Trump’s cost-cutting chief, telegraphed the extraordinary request on his social media network on Saturday.

“Consistent with President @realDonaldTrump’s instructions, all federal employees will shortly receive an email requesting to understand what they got done last week,” Musk posted on X, which he owns. “Failure to respond will be taken as a resignation.”

This is EXACTLY what we voted for!

We're gonna cut so much, you may even get tired of cutting. And you'll say, 'Please, please. It's too much cutting. We can't take it anymore. Mr. President, it's too much.' And I'll say, 'No, it isn't!' We have to keep cutting. We have to cut more!

Sounds like it's not your job on the line then. I'd like to see it happen to you and then see what you think of it.

Honestly.... Trump is not the best businessman around. Six business bankruptcies to his credit. Compare that to other successful billionaires. I think I'd rather have (from successful businessman aspect) George Soros, Bill Gates or a whole list of others who have not failed that many times.
Granted, he's a great salesman... but so was P.T. Barnum.

Well yeah, real estate doesn't seem very conducive to good ethical behavior, especially when working with the mafia.

J6 was typical of what Trump has had to fight since becoming a Republican politician, his Tweet of J6 asking supporters to protest Peacefully and patriotically was taken down to implicate him as disturbance was anticipated. The media pushed that police officers died on that day, no police officer died on that day, the only death was an unarmed woman. Any UK police officer who would shoot a live round into a crowd with no weapon seen would be on a murder charge.

It was suppressed at the J6 enquiry that the National Guard was offered by Trump but refused by Nancy Pelosi, again trying to blame Trump.

As for an insurrection, many Democrats highlight that Republicans like their guns yet an insurrection apparently occurs and the insurrectionists do not have guns, bit far fetched. Yet at BLM riots where arrests are made Democrat Senators raise money for their bail, even Kamala Harris was involved in freeing violent criminals, following is an MSN report on the fund to bail out violent criminals.

As for your comment about me not wanting to watch a video to see the truth, is this the type of truth you are referring to from Rachael Maddow?

Is this the same UK that makes having a regular pocket knife illegal? Who exactly determines what is 'good reason'?
I regularly use mine for a multitude of what I consider "good reasons", from stripping wires to cutting cabling to cutting tubing. And all of this as a regular citizen and using it not in pursuit of a job.
I think you may also want to do a little more investigation in what is even is allowed in the UK when people try to force their way into a secured area. Got a feeling you will actually be surprised when deadly force is allowed.

As for the "no guns"... again, get out of your echo chamber and look at actual facts. There were armed protestors, both with firearms and chemical devices. When was the last time you were sprayed with a full hit of bear spray level OC? In the States, using OC against an LEO can itself be considered grounds for the use of deadly force.
